Why Blake/e/e/e didn’t play the Tagofest 5 in the end.
We were supposed to play Tagofest 5 on Sunday, 5th of July.
So what happened?
We received a text message late at night on Saturday.
It was one of Tagofest people and dear old friend of ours, Onga. He wrote cops came and gave them a hard time. He recommended not to come, cause chances we wouldn’t play were pretty high (99%).
So that’s what we did. We stayed home, and Mattia drove back to Chioggia.
Shit happens, we thought.
I heard the Sunday bands played in the end, and I’m personally superglad that the awesome 3 days superd.i.y. marathon (5th year now!) had a happy ending.
But at the same time, it’s sad we weren’t there to say hi to all of our friends and enjoy the music & company.
Hope we’ll be able to play next year.
